Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
We can not cancel your order once it is placed, under any circumstances. It is the buyers responsibility to make sure that they have control over their account.
**Once you have placed an order, we can not add or take away from your order and can not apply a coupon code. We will not make special exceptions under any circumstance.**
Combine My Order
We do not combine orders.
PR codes are strictly for the coupon section at checkout, not in the notes to me. When you're checking out, enter the discount code on the right side of the page in the "gift card and discount code" box and click the "apply" button.
Only one discount code can be applied on a single order.
We can not add coupons or freebies to your order. Coupons must be manually entered by you at check out. There is no way for us to apply coupons or freebies to your order and we will not be refunding orders who do not put the coupon code in at checkout under any circumstances.
No order will be fulfilled or shipped without payment. Your order is not complete until payment is received and approved.
Orders ship from San Antonio, TX. Please check our most recent processing time here! You will receive an email including your tracking number when your order has shipped.
All orders will ship before or on the estimated ship date. I am always working on orders and try to get them out as fast as possible.
The Estimated Delivery date on your tracking number is an estimate, not a guaranteed date. Please be patient with the tracking as it can be slow to update online sometimes.
Items will be shipped via USPS mail in a protective mailer.
We are not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages caused by the USPS. Once an item is marked 'shipped' it is then in the hands of the USPS, and out of my control.
PLEASE make sure your address in your account & Paypal are correct as this is where I ship to unless you make PRIOR arrangements with me through an email message. If you happen to make a mistake with this please message me IMMEDIATELY so we can try and fix it before I pay & print for your shipping label.
If you do have the wrong address in your account, and I have printed the shipping label already, that means that you have already paid for that shipping label and will need to pay for shipping again. This is a very unfortunate circumstance but shipping labels cost money. So PLEASE make sure your address is correct the first time.
If I have already shipped your order with the wrong address on it, there is no way for me to get your order back. Your order is out of my hands at this point. I can not authorize you a refund for it having the wrong shipping address on it. If it is returned to me, I would be more than happy to send it to you once you have paid for shipping to your correct address. (Orders that are returned to me may take between 1-3months to get back here)
For any problems please contact USPS and provide them with your tracking number.
All orders will come nicely packaged and with no printed receipt.
US orders are shipped via USPS and have an estimated delivery of 3-8 BUSINESS days (after processed) depending on where you are located in the US.
Please note this does not include weekends or holidays. This is the estimate given by the USPS. We do not quote shipping times as the USPS often can take longer than quoted.
USPS says it can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks to receive your order but it can take even longer. (This is after you order has been processed.) Orders can even take over a month to receive. Unfortunately this is out of my control. Please take this shipping time into consideration before ordering.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
We are also not held accountable for orders that are stuck in customs.
We currently only ship internationally to: Canada, Japan, New Zealand, Brazil, Mexico, Hong Kong, India, & Australia.
- We stopped shipping to the UK & the EU due to no longer be registering for the UK & EU VAT.
However, many customers have used a forwarding service. We suggest looking into myUs.com & stackry.com, which some customers use to help with this process.
Lost and Damaged Items
For lost or stolen packages, the customer is responsible for contacting and filing a claim with USPS. Once the item has been passed to USPS, The Crafty Banana is no longer responsible for any lost or stolen items.
The Crafty Banana is not responsible for damages caused by improper handling.
With that being said, please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Please make sure your address is correct as this is where I will ship your order to.
Due to the nature of different monitors, color variations can vary and may look slightly different in person.
We have the right to cancel your order for any reason.
Each collection is in the shop for a reasonable amount of time. All collections in the shop are Limited Edition and they all have a specific time period that they are available. Once the collection has retired, the collection will not be coming back. I can not make exceptions to anyone if they missed out on a collection.
